The short version

OUTREP counts your reps with your camera — and the camera part happens entirely on your phone. Frames are analyzed on-device and are never uploaded, stored, or seen by us. What we do collect is what the app needs to run: who you are, your workout totals, friend battle scores, and crew receipts. We don't run ads, we don't track you across other apps, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

Account. When you sign in with Apple or Google we receive your email address and name. That's the whole sign-up.

Profile. Your display name, handle, and an optional profile photo, gender, date of birth, height, and weight. Height and weight help tailor movement setup; they are not medical records and are not shown on your public battle profile.

Fitness results. Rep counts, personal records, session totals, friend-battle scores, and crew completion receipts. Pose landmarks and camera frames are never part of this.

Social profile content. The display name, handle, and optional profile photo you choose, plus friend, battle, and crew activity needed to show those features to you and the people involved.

Purchases. If you subscribe to OUTREP Pro, our payments partner RevenueCat sends us a record of the transaction (product, date, store). Payment details like card numbers never reach us — Apple or Google handle those.

Push token. If you enable notifications, a device token so we can deliver battle reminders and results.

What we never collect

Your camera feed. Pose detection runs on your device. Video frames are never transmitted to our servers — only the resulting rep counts are.

Location or microphone recordings. The current app does not request location or microphone access.

Tracking. No ads, no advertising identifiers, no cross-app or cross-site tracking, no third-party analytics SDKs.

Friend battles are asynchronous. We store the activity, the two scores, and the outcome — never camera footage, pose landmarks, or a movement replay.

How we use it

To run the app: syncing your totals, delivering friend-battle and crew notifications you asked for, reviewing reports of abusive behavior, and processing subscriptions. That's it — we use your data to operate OUTREP, not to profile you.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the product: Supabase (database and authentication), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple and Google (sign-in and payments), and Expo (push-notification delivery). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We don't sell personal data, and we've never been asked to — if that ever changes, this policy changes first.

Visible to people you choose: your display name, handle, and completed friend-battle history can appear on a battle profile. Crew membership and receipts stay inside the crew. There is no public ranked ladder in the current app.

Deleting your data

You › Account › Delete Account permanently erases your account, profile, avatar files, personal records, and associated social data from inside the app, no email required. If you own a crew, that crew is removed as part of deletion. Limited purchase and audit records may be retained without your active profile where required for bookkeeping, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

You can also submit a deletion request from our dedicated account deletion page. Deleting an OUTREP account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel it separately in your store account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data. The delete button covers most of it; for anything else, email us and we'll sort it out.

Kids

OUTREP is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child is using OUTREP, contact us and we'll remove the account.

Changes & contact

OUTREP is operated by Escondido Development LLC, a Wyoming company. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll note it in the app before it takes effect. Questions, requests, complaints: hello@loaf.social.
