Email hello@loaf.social for anything — bugs, billing, disputes, ideas. Include your display name and, for battle issues, roughly when it happened. We read everything, and abuse reports are reviewed promptly.

Report:open another player's battle profile and tap REPORT PROFILE. Choose the reason and the report goes to our review queue.

Block: tap BLOCK PROFILE on the same screen. OUTREP removes the friendship, resolves shared crew membership, and blocks future social interaction from that account.

Prop your phone about two meters away, roughly waist height, with your full body in frame — the in-app framing guide goes green when the camera can see you properly. Good light helps; backlight from a window behind you hurts. Full range of motion counts; half reps get the NO REP.

OUTREP Pro bills through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. To cancel or change plans, use your device's subscription settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions on iPhone) or manage the subscription in Google Play. Bought Pro on another device? Settings › Restore Purchases in the app brings it back. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account permanently in You › Account › Delete Account — it takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You can also request deletion on the web. What we collect (and what we never collect) is spelled out in the privacy policy; the rules live in the terms of use.
